I had just made plans to meet up with this girl I’d just met, so we decided to go to this coffee shop on the square. I got there early and had a couple cappuccinos before she arrived. After she got there, we chatted for a while and I continued with the cappuccinos…

Things seemed to be going pretty well and we went back to her dorm Laurel Hall (which is an all girls dorm for those of you who don’t know). So we went up to her room and sat on her bed talking and soon I decided to attempt to make my move. So I moved in for a kiss and she was into it as well. Things started to get really steamy and then all of a sudden I started to feel this really upset feeling in my stomach, I starting thinking back. I have a lactose intolerance and had TOTALLY forgotten that cappuccinos have milk in them.

So there I was making out with this girl, had my hands up her shirt, but most of my attention was focused on keeping myself from farting!

But the pressure kept building and building. What was I supposed to do? Had there been a men’s bathroom I could’ve just gone to that and done my thing, but most girls dorms don’t have them. And I sure as hell wasn’t going to do it in front of her. So finally I just couldn’t take it any more, I just said “look, I got to go” and couldn’t even think of a good excuse to tell her. She just looked puzzled; and I bolted out of there.

When I got to my car I finally got to cut loose. I felt so relieved. Poor girl, I probably gave her a complex like she’d done something wrong. Little did she know the real reason why I took off.

We remained acquaintances after that point, but never messed around anymore.
