They kept Will from getting lynched right there.

Back in '96 or '97, several of my friends (from "Cheese Nips - The Joke" and "The Spot to Smoke Up", amongst others) decided to go to a party at a frat house. These guys were definitely not frat-boy types, but they liked free beer as much as the next guy.

Will was a scrappy guy who always had to be a badass. He liked to pick fights with people, and were it not for me or our other friends, he would have likely been killed by someone. On this night, he decided to go behind the bar at the frat house when the bartender finally cut him off. Several of the other frat boys got him to leave, since he was becoming a nuisance.

After Will went outside, he picked up a brick and heaved it through a bay window next to where everyone inside was dancing. As a result, all of the frat boys came out of the house, hungry for blood. Fortunately, Will's more level-headed friends were there to cover his ass. They were cool enough to pay for the window, which kept Will from getting lynched right there.

As Will was getting into the car, he threw a bag of MJ out the window, fearing that they would get stopped by the cops. (Did I mention that Will was plastered by this time?) The other guys made Will go back and get the sack.

Will was an endless source of these types of stories. At the time, some of them didn't seem all that funny, but in retrospect, I enjoy all the adventures that we had (many of which were keeping Will out of trouble and/or jail).
