Moron the Illegal Roommate

My story probably isn't nearly as horrible as most of the others here, but I still wanted to post it. This deal with my former illegal roommate, whom I will call "Moron".
Moron was the boyfriend of my actual roommate about two years ago who got kicked out of campus housing for being caught a few too many times with booze and drugs on campus.
My roommate took pity on him and decided to have him come and live with us. For the longest time, I was under the impression that he hated his roommates and was chilling with us, but I learned only about a year after he moved in that he was actually living with us.
This was very bad because we all could have been evicted if anyone found out we were letting someone live in the room who was not on the lease.
You'd think with that little eviction threat, Moron would basically worship the ground we walked on...nope.
Sometimes he was bearable, but most times, he was an asshole. Some lovely things he did while in our loving care are as follows:
- Would wake up at 4 in the morning for work...much earlier than any of us who had work or class. If he accidentally slept late because his alarm didn't go off, he'd stomp through the dorm room, swearing loudly and slamming all the doors in the room, thoroughly waking all of us up. Nobody appreciated this, especially when one of us had to be up at 7 for class.
- Commandeered the television, which was mine, but I stupidly allowed it to be communal property. He threw tantrums when I dared find time in his abcense to play my video games because he always came right home from work or class and watched TV or played his own games.
- Threw whiny tantrums in general when he didn't get his way. Regression, anyone?
- My roomie lived only an hour away, and she would often go home to visit her parents. Sometime she'd take Moron with her, and sometimes she wouldn't. It was often just me and Moron in the dorm room, and it really weirded me out, especially when he didn't bother knocking on the bedroom door before entering (Real Roomie and I shared the bedroom). He walked in on me getting dressed many times.
- Real Roomie decided she was highly uncomfortable having sex with Moron in the bed two feet away from mine, so they chose to sleep/screw on the living room floor. They chose to make a makeshift bed out of the couch cushions...which is why I never sat on the couch.
And because of where they were, I would have to walk by them to get to the bathroom and step over them to get out of the dorm room or into the kitchen. Uncomfortable!
- At one point, I allowed Moron to use my laptop for whatever he wanted, which meant I had to neglect my homework at times while I wanted for his dumb ass to get out. Eventually, though, Roomie got her own computer and she shared it with Moron. But, this didn't stop Moron from using my computer without my permission because I found someone (most likely him) had leafed through and opened some of my very personal files. When I password-protected my laptop, I happened to have been missing $40 the next day (which was tucked away in my desk).
- A local favorite pizza place delivered frequently to my old dorm, and Moron and his friends would order from them at least once a week. I guess one particularly busy night, Pizza Place screwed up their order. Moron and his friends called the place and screamed and whined and eventually began to harass the restaurant owner my making lewd insults to him. This resulted in the owner putting our room number on their list of people not to deliver to, so any time I wanted pizza from this place, I had to have it delivered to a friend's room.
I'm still kicking myself for not going to security sooner and telling them this jerk was mooching off us.
