My boyfriend caught me cheating, but still "loves" me

I have the stupidest boyfriend ever. We were at a house party (at his house) drinking of course, when I decided to tell him exactly what I thought of him. I gave him a pretty bad bashing. He should be thankful I didn't mention his problem with keeping a hard on. Anyway, as if that wasn't enough, there was a guy at the party whom I was really attracted to (and who was attracted to me as well--as I found out later).

Later on, this guy and I were smoking out on the deck at the same time. I told him exactly what was going on between my boyfriend and me: how I don't love or even really like him that much; how going out with him was mostly out of pity, etc. After a little while, we went our separate ways only to meet up again later on the couch.

We started talking--at first. Soon, however, we were making out. Then we started to undress each other and we ended up having sex right there on the sofa!

My boyfriend walked in on us right in the middle of the action. And he just stood there and watched--like the little perv he is. After we finished our business, the guy left and I spent the night at my boyfriend’s house. We both passed out and didn’t even talk about my actions with the other guy.

Then the next morning, my boyfriend’s roommate (who was told by another witness what had happened) asked us if we were still going out. Idiot bf was like “yes.” Meanwhile, I was desperately trying to evade the question because I really wanted to end our relationship right there and then.

Eventually boyfriend's roomie convinced me to stay with him. Basically I didn’t break up with him because I wouldn’t have been welcome at any more of their parties if I did. More importantly, not being at their parties meant that I likely wouldn’t be able to see the guy I had sex with (and whom I want very badly).

Since Campbell is a private, religious school and hence doesn't have on-campus parties, I felt justified in deciding to stay with my stupid-ass, skank of a boyfriend who caught me cheating, but still "loves" me.
