My friend offered the cop a donut and then threw a cup of coffee in his face

It was the annual spring bash and we were all drunk. Most of us had been drinking since Thursday night with just a brief pass out here and there. It was now Saturday night and it was still off the hook.

We went to a bar around midnight and chilled out there for a while. Several of us were in the parking lot talking and smoking when the cops got there. We weren't loud or fighting or doing anything wrong. Yet three cop cars pulled in and immediately start questioning us about our night and asking who was driving. So one of my friends tells the cop he is driving and that he hasn't had anything to drink all night. So the cop gives him the sobriety test and he fails.

They promptly told him they would be towing his car. Now my friend is pissed off and when he gets pissed at cops, he is funny.

As they are towing his car out of the parking lot, he calls the cop an asshole. Knowing the cop can't bust him for that, he decided to make a statement. He goes a little bit down the street to a gas station to buy a donut. He returns to the bar parking lot and gives the donut to the cop. The cop says, “thanks this will go great with my coffee.” My friend says, “oh I got you one of those, too” and proceeds to throw the cup of hot coffee right in the cop’s face. Well, that sealed his fate for the night; assaulting a police officer is not an advisable action.

We bailed him out in the morning and all he did was laugh. I guess some people have no fears. He got put on probation at school for that, too…
