When shopping on a tight budget, it's best to get the most bang for your buck. 1. Austin Powers
Mike Myers became a box-office star when he starred as both Austin Powers (a.k.a. the International Man of Mystery) and his nemesis Dr. Evil in this hilarious, side-splitting comedy. Directed by Jay Roach (Meet The Parents) and co-starring the lovely Elizabeth Hurley.
2. Do The Right Thing

3. Ferris Buellar's Day Off
Laziness never looked so fun as when Matthew Broderick (Election) starred as Ferris Buellar in this highly amusing '80s comedy. There are hours of fun to be had from viewing this film's many classic scenes.
4. Office Space
If you're looking for a crisp comedy about the mundane routine of life in the office, this film is for you. Starring Ron Livingston (Swingers) and Jennifer Aniston, it features hilarious writing and direction by Mike Judge ("Beavis & Butthead," "King of the Hill"). 5. Reservoir Dogs
Director Quentin Tarantino burst onto the scene in 1992 with this stunning, time-twisting crime flick that boasts remarkable dialogue and heavily stylized violence. 6. Say Anything

7. Singles
Director Cameron Crowe (Almost Famous) scored another rousing success with this post-modern romantic comedy starring Bridget Fonda and Matt Dillon. 8. Slap Shot

9. Strange Brew

10. When Harry Met Sally
