Brain Hang
Same as Hanging Brains. When a male places his testicles outside his unzippered pants, exposing only his scrotum, but keeping his penis inside the pants, giving the elusion of a human brain freely suspended in front of the male crotch. Often executed as a practical joke, to see how long an unsuspected female victim will notice a fraternity favorite.
